I'm trying to create a very basic view only account using the Orion individual account function. The error it is giving me is "Please enter a different user name." I do this with no prevail. I am logged in as administrator and have full access to every aspect of my setup.
Has anyone else experienced this error and/or know how to remedy the issue?
