I created both a manual alert from an Email Source and Orion Source using the Testing Group and admin.
Please attach AC logs to this thread or start a private thread with me and attach AC logs.
1. goto: http:[AChostname]:5480/
2. login as admin with empty pwd
3. click the SolarWinds Mgmt tab
4. click the Bundle Logs button.
5. wait for for the bundling to finish and below the buttons under the Log Bundles section a new tar.gz should appear. (you may need to refresh the page to see it)
6. download the tar.gz and attach to thread in thwack.
