Ahhhh, the ever popular configuration of Dependencies. I know that in the What We're Working On document, Automated & Dynamic Dependencies was listed. I can also tell you that in the 11.5 RC on the Manage Dependencies page, there is an option to "Calculate Dependencies Automatically", but it is still greyed out. So, until such time as it is enabled, it's the old fashioned, not so fun, way of setting them up manually.
