I think the problem is the lack of MIB, there's zxr10 MIB in Solarwinds MIB DB but the MIB for CPU/MEM OID is missing:

1.3.6.1.4.1.3902.3.3.1.1.6.1 = CPU Master

1.3.6.1.4.1.3902.3.3.1.1.6.2 = CPU Salve
