Jiri Cvachovec, I understand what you are saying about the 7.3, it sounds like it will solve may problem, however, the stuck jobs were created by the admin account
can you provide some more guidance on this?
I have read in earlier posts that the [rocedure is:
To select just the frozen jobs, open DBO.Transfer in the Config Mgmt DB, Edit the first 200 rows
Locate Lines with Status Initializing. Note most values will be NULL.
In the Error column change False to True
In the Status column change Initializing to Cancelled.
In the Cancelling Column change False to True.
Configuration Management will show the frozen jobs as Cancelled.
where do I get the config mgmt. DB? SQL server?
