Sync is performed by running the synchronization wizard in Orion. Please note this sync is currently only in one direction (from VMan to Orion) so If the affected host is not polled by VMan that would explain the behavior on the screenshot. But in case you are monitoring this host in VMan there might be some problem with matching identity of this host between VMan and Orion. In that case please file a ticket with Support as mentioned above.
