So went to install RC 3 this morning and it got hung up on on checking where the netflow database is stored .. kept connecting for at least 20 minutes - cancelled the install.

Uninstalled SAM 6.1 - rebooted attempted to install again stuck at the same screen - cancelled the install made sure nothing got installed got the same error
