OID is not supported means that the device does not have any information for the OID that you queried. You may want to use MIB Walk utility we include with NPM
- Go into the Orion Install Directory:
- 64 Bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion
- 32 Bit: C:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion
- Open up the SNMPWalk.exe file
- Enter in the Device IP Address and SNMP Connection information.
- You can replace the OID of 1 to 1.3.6.1.4.1.2601. which should cover all of Sophos's MIBs in the tree
- Press scan.
If you see 0 returned, then Sophos MIBs are not available from the device. If you do see results, you will be able to see what OIDs are available to be returned and the values.
